When you set up a Webtrends Analytics 9 On Demand
account, you need to specify a data source in Analytics 9 Administration and associate
it with your profile to collect information about your website activity.

http://ondemand.webtrends.com using your Webtrends user name and

If you are in Webtrends Accounts, click
Administration to open the WebtrendsAdministration
In the left pane, go to
Click New Data Source.
In the General dialog, type a name for the
data source in the Data Source Name text
box. Specify a meaningful name for this data source.
Select the time zone that you want to associate with this data
source. Webtrends uses the
time zone to translate date and time fields in your web activity data to local
time. It is also used to determine when to run the Log file Delivery Service, if
it is enabled.
If your organization has signed up for Log File Delivery service
and you have user rights to this feature, you can enable Webtrends to store logs for
this data source. Select the check box to enable this feature.
Read the Summary to ensure your settings are correct, and save the
this data source, return to the Data Sources list and click Build Tag (Tracking Code). You can use this code to
tag your website.
