Predefined Queries

Webtrends provides a number of predefined queries you can use to access your Visitor Data Mart data. To use these queries, contact Support and have them enabled.

Returns a list of the items most often abandoned after being added to the cart. The query result contains the list of SKUs, the number of times abandoned, the value of the item when added to the cart, and the count of abandoners.

Product Affinity (order)

Affinity SKUs (overlap)

The Product Affinity query returns a list of the top 20 selling SKUs and the top 5 SKUs most often purchased at the same time. The results contain the list of SKUs, the other SKUs purchased in combination and a count of the times the other SKU was purchased.

The Purchase event is required for this query.

The Abandoners query returns a list of visitors that added an item to the cart but did not purchase it. The results contain the list of abandoners, the SKUs that they abandoned, and a count of the number of times the items were abandoned.

The Cross-sell Targeting query returns detailed information about buyers who viewed products that they did not purchase. The results provide a list of buyers, the SKUs they purchased, and the list of SKUs for products they viewed but did not purchase.

The Visitor Engagement in Scenario query returns a list of visitors who began a scenario, but didn't complete it, and the highest step within the scenario that the visitor attained. The result contains the list of abandoners, the scenario they abandoned, a count of visits for the abandoner, and the highest step reached.
