Alert Settings

Use the Alert Methods settings to configure and activate different alert notification methods.

There are four different alert methods:

Requires no configuration. Insight uses the email address you specify on the Account Settings dialog for email notifications, and you can turn email notifications on and off at any time.
At login
Requires no configuration. When selected, Insight displays the New Alert Notifications dialog when you log in.
Before you can receive text message notifications, you need to set up your phone to communicate with Insight. Click Register your phone for Insight text messages.

When setup is complete, select the SMS check box to activate SMS notifications. You can specify when you want to receive messages from Insight and a limit to the number of messages Insight can send to your phone.

Twitter DM
You can configure Insight to send alert notifications as direct messages to your Twitter account. Click Allow access to Twitter to set up your Twitter account to receive alert notification direct messages from @WebtrendsAlerts.

When you are done making changes to your account settings, click Done to return to the dashboard or report you were just viewing.
