Role Sets

Role Sets enable access to specific features in Optimize.

The following six role sets enable access to different parts of the Optimize user interface. You can apply selected role sets to both individual users and group memberships; however, because a role set enabled for a user overrides any role set assigned to the user's groups, it can be difficult to track individual user permissions. As a result, it is recommended to assign role sets to membership groups only.
