Troubleshooting Scoring

Most problems with Score are shown as invalid rules in the Score user interface due to empty rule sets or unavailable configurations.

When rule sets are saved without rules, or when the rules included in a rule set become invalid because they reflect a configuration that is no longer available, this condition is detected next time scoring occurs. For example, a Product View rule may use a translation file that is no longer available. Score then shows these rules and rule sets as invalid. Score does not use invalid rules in scoring, and they remain invalid until the user interface configuration or the underlying profile configuration is corrected.
