Creating a Personal Dashboard

From a space, you can create a dashboard that contains your choice of individual reporting measures. These elements, called reporting widgets, are available in different sizes and formats and can be placed anywhere on the dashboard.

The dashboards you create are only visible to you.

  1. Click the space you want to view and then click + next to Dashboards.
    Add a Dashboard
  2. Set up the dashboard.
    1. Enter the name of the dashboard as you want it to appear in the list.
    2. Optional: If this is the dashboard you want to see every time you open this space, click Make default dashboard.
    3. Optional: Select the Include Key Metrics check box to add the space's key performance indicators and trend graph to the top of the dashboard.
    4. Click Save.
  3. Add a report widget to the dashboard. You can add up to ten widgets per dashboard.
Note: Reports widgets are not available for Scenario Analysis, Path Analysis, and Campaigns reports.
    1. Drag a report from the left navigation pane to the dashboard or click in an empty part of the dashboard.
      Add a report
    2. Click a report and then click Choose a measure.
    3. Click measurable data you want to see and then click Choose a display.
    4. Click a design (such as half-width arrow bars) for displaying the measure, and then click Choose a name.
    5. Type a name for the measure. The name appears as a heading in the dashboard.
    6. Click Save. The report widget appears on the dashboard.
  4. Continue to add report widgets to the dashboard.
Tip: To move a report widget, click its heading and drag it to another part of the dashboard. To edit or delete it, hover over the heading and click the appropriate button.
When you finish designing the dashboard, Analytics 10 saves your changes. The dashboard will be available the next time you open the space.
