Managing Spaces

Users with administrator rights can create, edit, and delete spaces. With administrator rights, you can also change most users' access to a space.

Creating a New Space

Click + in Spaces and select the space type you want to measure.


Editing a Space

  1. Click on the space dashboard.
  2. Click Edit in the upper right corner of the Space Details page.

On the Edit Space page, you can change the space name, thumbnail, and the default profile if the space has more than one profile.

Deleting a Space

Note: Spaces that contain more than one profile can't be deleted. Use Analytics 9 Administration to delete profiles first.
  1. Click on the Space dashboard, then click Edit on the Space Details page.
  2. On the Edit Space page, click Delete this space.

Adding or Removing User Access to a Space

Note: Users with access to all spaces, such as administrators, cannot be added or removed here. Click Settings at the top of the page to change a user's role.
  1. Click on the Space dashboard, then click Edit on the Space Details page.
  2. Select or clear the Status check box to grant or deny a user access to the space.
    Note: When creating a space that includes only external data, such as a Facebook Page space, you can use the Select All or Select None option in the User Access menu to select or deselect multiple users.
