Webtrends Optimize® Dashboard Overview
The Optimize Dashboard is the control center for all of your testing activities. It enables you to see exactly what tests and targets are in what stage of activity. It is also the starting point to access other areas within the application. Depending on your account and user privileges, your view may differ.
Admin Area – This area provides access to additional Webtrends products (Additional subscription required) as well as access to admin functionality.
New project button – Clicking on this button to create a new test or target project.
Search and Filtering – The “Show” drop-down will show all of the tests within your account by default. Clicking on the drop-down will allow you to filter by status which will then be displayed within the test listing. (5).
Entering free text within the search field will focus on specific tests/targets by matching to keywords or partial characters.
Test Activity Charts – These charts show the number of tests by state and type. Using the legend, in the example above, we can see there are currently three live tests two of which are MVT and one target. There are fifty-six tests in staging of which forty-nine are AB tests and seven are targets. There is one published test and two archived. If you click on the center of any of the donuts, you will filter the test listing () only to show tests within the “clicked donuts”
Test Listing – In this area of the dashboard, all test and targeting activity are tabulated. Clicking on a specific row will reveal further information about the test and reveal additional actions.
Account Management – Here you can manage your user settings, (e.g log out, change password) as well as switch between any other accounts you have access to.
Not Seeing the Dashboard – Check you are using Chrome and have both Webtrends browser extension installed and enabled.
